Member Services Executive
Starting salary: £32,000–£33,500, depending on experience
Salary band: £32,000–£36,000 per annum
The upper end of the salary band is intended for experienced, high-performing individuals who have demonstrated sustained success within the role.
Location: Remote (UK-based), with regular travel to Leamington Spa (minimum weekly) and London (minimum monthly) for team meetings and collaboration. Some international travel may occasionally be required.

Our central team supports member firms, facilitates collaboration and helps ensure they get maximum value from their membership.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable Member Services Executive to join our Member Services team.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting accounting and advisory firms across the globe. You will play an important part in delivering a high-quality member experience by handling enquiries, coordinating member administration, maintaining CRM data, supporting compliance processes and helping firms make the most of our member platform, Kreston Kommunity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured processes, takes pride in getting the details right, and can balance accuracy with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Member Support
- Provide first-line support for Kreston Kommunity (members' only site)
- Support member firms with referrals, information requests and day-to-day enquiries
- Recognise when a query requires senior input and escalate appropriately
Member Administration
- Support member onboarding, offboarding and rebranding activities
- Maintain member records in Salesforce CRM
- Ensure member information remains accurate and up to date
Compliance & Reporting
- Review annual member factsheet submissions
- Liaise with firms to obtain and verify information
CRM & Kommunity Administration
- Maintain a high standard of CRM data quality
- Produce reports for member firms and internal stakeholders
- Escalate potential system issues appropriately
Administration & Communications:
- Draft and issue template-based communications
- Maintain shared documentation and records accurately
- Support a range of processes across the Member Services function
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, operations, customer service, membership organisations or a similar professional environment
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly desirable), online member platforms, intranets or digital communities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes consistently whilst exercising good judgement
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience working with people from different countries and cultures

Desirable
- Experience within a membership organisation, professional association or network
- Additional language skills, particularly French, German or Mandarin

Career Progression

This role has a clearly defined progression pathway to Senior Member Services Executive. Progression is based on demonstrated performance, accuracy, reliability, increased responsibility and the ability to work with minimal supervision. It is not linked solely to length of service.
