Now the Royal College of GPs is looking for a Member Services Administrator to support our 55,000 members and their patients.
The Royal College of General Practitioners is the largest membership organisation for GPs in the UK. We are committed to improving patient care, developing GP skills and promoting general practice as a discipline.
The post holder will provide short-term leadership support to the Member Services team during a period of exceptional operational pressure, including CRM transition impact, increased complaints volume, and active recruitment.

The role will work closely with the Senior Member Services Manager and existing Team Leaders, providing additional leadership capacity and direct support to a team of approximately 10 staff, alongside temporary colleagues.
The focus of the role is to stabilise service delivery, reduce operational and compliance risk, improve quality oversight, and create capacity for managers to plan and prepare for the annual renewals campaign, which is a critical source of income for the College. Members are at the heart of our organisation and this post is key to college’s deliverables and high-quality customer service. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordination of departmental activities, and maintaining the database.
