Membership Administrator

Membership Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover)

Professional Membership Body | Hybrid Working | London Office (3 Days per Month) | £30,750 + Excellent Benefits

Membership Bespoke is delighted to be supporting a leading professional membership body to recruit a Membership Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative membership team, delivering an excellent service to members while supporting the day-to-day administration of a respected professional organisation.

The Role

As the first point of contact for members, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting a wide range of membership activities in a busy, varied role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to member enquiries by email and telephone.
  • Processing membership applications and renewals.
  • Supporting professional development and CPD administration.
  • Maintaining accurate membership records using the CRM system.
  • Working closely with finance, marketing and other internal teams.
  • Supporting member engagement initiatives and improving membership processes.

The Candidate

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual with:

  • Experience working within a membership body, professional association or similar organisation.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-first approach and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience using CRM systems (iMIS desirable) and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
