About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Membership Administrator to support DBLeisure Centres, delivering efficient and customer-focused membership administration. The role involves managing member records, handling enquiries, processing Direct Debits, reconciling payments, and producing reports, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Hours

  • 20 Contracted Hours per week - Monday to Friday 1pm - 5pm

  • Halesowen Leisure Centre, Pool Road, Halesowen
