An exciting opportunity to join a brand new Anytime Fitness club opening in Camberley this September 2026. You'll play a vital role in generating membership sales before opening and delivering an outstanding member experience once the doors open. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to make a real impact from day one.

Your Role
As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, supporting marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service throughout both the pre-opening launch phase and the ongoing success of the club.

Pre-Opening
- Generate membership leads through local outreach, networking and community engagement.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with local businesses and corporate partners.
- Manage membership enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face conversations.
- Convert prospects into members and contribute to ambitious pre-opening sales targets.
- Help create excitement and awareness within the local community ahead of launch.
Post-Opening
- Continue driving membership sales and retention.
- Deliver a welcoming, engaging member experience.
- Conduct club tours and gym inductions.
- Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals.
- Support marketing campaigns, community outreach and member events.
- Maintain accurate sales and member records within the CRM system.
- Help ensure the club remains clean, safe and member-ready at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally within fitness, leisure, fundraising or direct sales.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential).
- A confident, energetic and engaging personality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed.
- Reliable, professional and committed to maintaining high standards.
