As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day sales and retention activities throughout the club.
Daily Duties
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring a high standard of member experience and providing accurate information to prospective members.
- Conducting club tours and gym inductions.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
- Supporting and delivering marketing strategies, KPIs, and initiatives throughout the club.
- Planning and running marketing and member events both in and out of the club.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in the CRM system.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all member enquiries.

Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fitness or health industry.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Experience managing or leading a team.
