Membership Support Assistant

Fixed-Term Contract – 6 Months

Salary: £27,250 per annum

Location: Hybrid working – minimum 3 days per week in the office

Department: Membership Services

Our client, a prestigious membership organisation, is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Membership Support Assistant to join our busy Membership Services team on a six-month fixed-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing administrative processes, and supporting members through key stages of their professional journey. As a first point of contact for members and customers, you will play an important role in delivering a responsive, accurate, and professional service while helping to ensure a positive membership experience. The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office due to the hands-on nature of membership administration and certificate processing.

About the Role

Working as part of a collaborative Membership team, you will:

  • Respond to enquiries from members, customers, and the public via telephone and email.
  • Support membership subscription and renewal processes.
  • Process membership payments and maintain accurate member records.
  • Produce and coordinate the distribution of membership certificates and examination diplomas.
  • Assist with membership communications, notifications, and reminders.
  • Update and maintain records within membership databases and CRM systems.
  • Ensure membership administration processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and resolve member queries and service issues.
  • Provide wider administrative support to the team as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
