Membership Coordinator Salary: £25,000–£30,000 Location: Bristol (1 day per week in the office)
We’re looking for a skilled Membership Coordinator to join a non-profit purpose-driven creative arts organisation, focused on delivering an outstanding member experience at every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for a membership professional who understands the full member journey, from onboarding through to retention, and is passionate about improving service, engagement and long-term value. You’ll take a data-informed approach to enhancing the member experience, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and personalised.

Key responsibilities: Optimise the end-to-end member journey, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention and engagement Support member onboarding, renewals and win-back activity Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted campaigns Analyse membership data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance member communications and touchpoints Act as a key contact for member queries, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution

About you: Proven experience in a membership engagement-focused role Strong understanding of member lifecycle management and retention strategies Confident using CRM systems and interpreting data to drive improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Desirable: interest in the creative arts space.
