Hi 👋

We're working with a well established membership organisation based in the City of London that is looking to appoint a Membership Coordinator on an initial 6 month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced membership professional who is immediately available and enjoys delivering an outstanding service to members while supporting the smooth day to day running of a busy membership team.

💥 As the Membership Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage the day to day administration of the membership function.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals and membership changes.
  • Respond to member enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and timely service.
  • Maintain accurate member records across the CRM and membership database.
  • Support membership retention activities and renewal campaigns.
  • Produce reports and update membership data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent member experience.
  • Assist with membership communications, events and other administrative projects as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure data accuracy at all times.

💥 We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working within a membership organisation, professional body, regulator or association.
  • Strong membership administration or customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM or membership database systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Someone who is immediately available or available at short notice.
