We're delighted to be partnering with one of our long-term clients, a well-established professional membership organisation in the creative arts sector, to recruit a Membership Engagement Specialist.
We're looking for an experienced membership services or membership engagement professional who genuinely enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional member experiences and becoming a trusted point of contact for members and stakeholders. An interest in the arts or creative industries would be highly advantageous.
You'll support members throughout their journey, from joining and onboarding through to renewals, retention and ongoing engagement. Managing enquiries across multiple channels, maintaining accurate CRM records, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to continually improve the member experience will all form part of your role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Working closely with colleagues across membership, marketing and events, you'll help drive member satisfaction, engagement and growth, work on future strategy, while representing the organisation at occasional events and supporting a thriving membership community.
We're looking for someone who has experience working within a professional membership body, association, institute or similar membership organisation. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with members, volunteers and a range of stakeholders. You'll bring a positive, proactive and highly organised approach, enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering an outstanding service. A naturally social and engaging personality, with the confidence to build lasting relationships, is essential.
