Do you have a passion for building connections and driving impact?

London Arabia is seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated Membership & Events Executive to help grow our membership programme and deliver world-class cultural and business events.

For over 10 years, we have worked with global brands, embassies, and organisations to strengthen UK–Arab relations and empower Arab women. Our flagship initiatives include the London Arabia 100, the Arab Women’s Summit, the Arab Women of the Year Awards, the Arab Travel Summit & Awards, and London Arabia Magazine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new members and partners, building lasting relationships.
  • Promote and sell our events, sponsorship opportunities, and cultural initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of high-profile events, from business forums to gala dinners.
  • Prepare proposals and contribute to marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Provide excellent communication and coordination with members, partners, and stakeholders.

About You

  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify new membership, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales, networking, and business development.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, PR, events, or a related field.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and full of fresh ideas, with the initiative to make an impact from day one.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • Confident supporting and managing social media content and campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative to manage workload and deliver results.
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK.

Pay

Base salary of up to £25,000, plus a generous uncapped commission structure.

Work Location

This is a predominantly remote role (approximately 90% home-based), with some attendance at our London office and events required.
