Membership Manager
The company Join the founding team at 16 Charles Street, a new private members club opening in 2026. More than a club, Les Amis is a way of life – an invitation into an international circle of kindred spirits who share a love for the Loulou lifestyle. Job description Founding Membership Launch Support the launch and operational rollout of the Founding Membership programme Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement membership flows, automations and application processes Oversee updates to application forms, including payments, wording, design and user experience Coordinate transactional communications and member-facing messaging Support the creation and management of membership categories including Committee, Ambassador, Comp and Annual memberships Coordinate member outreach strategies and CRM segmentation Review membership applications and support presentation processes to the Board Build and document onboarding journeys and operational procedures ahead of opening CRM & Systems Oversee all member records, profiles and statuses within the CRM system Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the membership lifecycle Define and document CRM processes alongside the Membership and Tech teams Support the development of reporting tools, dashboards and membership analytics Work on payment workflows and member portal development Coordinate GDPR-compliant communication and segmentation strategies Membership Experience Define and structure the member onboarding journey Develop annual welcome packs and member gifting strategies Build retention and renewal strategies Coordinate member engagement initiatives, including committee and founding member events Help shape partnerships and member programming ahead of opening Create thoughtful member touchpoints (birthdays, holidays, personalised attentions, etc.) Support the creation of a “dog membership” programme and associated member experience Marketing & Communications Collaborate on all membership communications, branding and copywriting Support the social media strategy alongside the Marketing team Ensure consistency of tone, positioning and member experience across all touchpoints Revenue & Operations Define membership financial targets and reporting structures Coordinate procedures relating to membership revenue, accounting and F&B allowances Support revenue growth initiatives and identify new membership opportunities Help structure interview and site-tour processes for prospective members Required Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail and operational mindset Experience in hospitality, membership, CRM or luxury service environments preferred Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced opening environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solutions-oriented with a hands-on attitude Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for building processes from the ground up Passion for hospitality, guest experience and community-building Education & experience: Senior experience in hospitality, ideally within members clubs, fine dining, or lifestyle-driven restaurant environments
