Membership Manager – Consulting Industry (New Offices, Covent Garden)
Our high-profile membership body in the consulting industry—currently experiencing significant growth—seeks an experienced, dynamic Membership Manager to lead recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment and hosting of new corporate members to expand the membership base, leveraging a strong commercial mindset and proactive outreach
- Build and nurture relationships with existing firms, ensuring continued support, satisfaction, and retention
- Enhance member engagement through targeted communication, events, and networking opportunities
- Attend industry gatherings to network and identify potential members
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM system for tracking interactions and opportunities

Key Requirements
- Proven track record of attracting and retaining new business in professional services or a similar B2B sector
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to pitch to prospective members
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Customer service focus, with a passion for delivering a seamless member experience
- Experience working with a professional institute, association, or trade body is essential
