Wildlife Sales Membership Recruiter – Shropshire Wildlife Trust

Hours

Part-time weekend work covering shows, events, and retail venues (ON THE ROAD)

South West Wildlife Fundraising Ltd (SWWFL), working on behalf of Shropshire Wildlife Trust (ShWT), is seeking experienced salespeople with a love of the great outdoors to contribute to the continued success and growth SWWFL has achieved over the last five years.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members of the public at various booked events and venues across Shropshire to promote the inspirational work of ShWT.
  • Gain support by signing members of the public up as members of ShWT.
  • Meet our daily commitment to the Trust, helping them grow and support wildlife more effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct sales, fundraising, face-to-face sales, and/or promotions preferred.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • Must live within Shropshire.
  • Looking for a permanent role with a flexible working pattern, ideally 2–3 days per week.
  • Able to work regular weekends and Bank Holidays, as these are our peak times for member sign-ups.
  • Comfortable working towards realistic targets and KPIs.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • People-focused, with an enthusiastic and engaging personality.
  • Ideally have a love of nature and a desire to make a real difference in protecting it for the future.
