LERÉI is a private women's wellness residence where movement, beauty, longevity and wellbeing come together in one seamless experience. Designed for women who value exceptional service and meaningful experiences, LERÉI offers a highly personalised approach to modern wellbeing in an elegant and discreet environment.

We are seeking an exceptional Membership Relations Manager who is passionate about luxury hospitality, relationship building and delivering extraordinary member experiences.

This is far more than a sales position. It is an opportunity to become the trusted ambassador of the LERÉI brand, building genuine relationships with members while guiding prospective members through an elegant and personalised membership journey.

The Role

As Membership Relations Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new members, nurturing existing relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, discretion and excellence that define LERÉI.

You will work closely with the leadership team to grow membership while maintaining the exclusivity and personalised service expected from a luxury private members' residence.

This is an on-site, part-time position based in our Knightsbridge residence, initially requiring three days per week. As LERÉI continues to grow, there is an exciting opportunity for this role to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome prospective members and conduct exceptional private club tours.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members.
  • Manage the complete membership journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly membership sales targets while maintaining a consultative, relationship-led approach.
  • Follow up all enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the membership pipeline using the CRM system.
  • Organise member consultations and introductory appointments.
  • Coordinate member events, wellness evenings and exclusive experiences.
  • Develop referral partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, medical professionals and complementary businesses.
  • Identify opportunities to increase member engagement and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, maintain discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with Concierge, Wellness Practitioners and Management to deliver a seamless member experience.
  • Ensure all membership administration is completed accurately and confidentially.
  • Represent the LERÉI brand to the highest professional standard at all times.
  • Proficiency in CRM or membership management systems, along with solid organisational and administrative skills.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering consistent high-quality experiences.
  • Relevant education or training in hospitality, wellness, business, or related fields is preferred.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
