Membership Services Administrator

Job Description:

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting independent businesses? The Independent Garage Association (IGA) – part of the Retail Motor Industry Federation – is looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team in Coventry.

About Us

At the IGA, we champion the success of independent garages across the UK. As the largest trade body in the independent garage sector, we provide practical support, expert advice, and essential services that help our members thrive in an ever-evolving industry.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within our office, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate administrative support. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our member services and internal operations – with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
