We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Membership Secretary, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support.

Membership Administration
- Oversee the handling of all membership-related enquiries, information requests, and complaints, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Oversee the processing of membership applications, renewals, and resignations.
- Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring records remain accurate and compliant.
- Monitor and improve membership administration processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Member Communications
- Oversee and assist with communications to members, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and distributed appropriately.
- Support the preparation and delivery of membership updates and relevant communications materials.
Data Management and Reporting
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of membership data.
- Track and analyse membership statistics and trends.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Membership Growth and Retention
- Support the Membership Secretary in developing and implementing initiatives to recruit and retain members.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing member engagement and participation.
- Support the delivery and continual improvement of the Membership business case.
Financial Coordination
- Liaise with the Finance/Accounting department to monitor and track membership revenue and related data.
Marketing and Promotion
- Prepare and coordinate membership marketing materials and promotional content.
- Support activities designed to raise awareness of membership benefits and opportunities.

Events and Member Engagement

Work collaboratively with other teams to organise and support events and activities for existing and prospective members.

Assist in delivering activities that enhance member experience and encourage participation.

25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days, in addition to statutory holidays. Staff may also receive additional days for any approved business closure days over the festive period in December, Option to buy up to five days of annual leave per year.
