Member Support Advisor - Hatfield

Salary: £27,664 per annum

About the Role

Would you like to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group? Our team members are the ambassadors of our business, and we’re seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor (Hatfield) to ensure our members receive exceptional service.

You will handle all member queries and requests via Chat, telephone, and email, processing them in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Actively engaging with members is key to delivering the highest quality service.

Based at our Hatfield David Lloyd Club, this fully office-based role sits within a dedicated Membership Hub and operates either [9:00–17:00] or [10:00–18:00] for a structured, consistent working schedule.

  • Essential: Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries; prior call centre experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a drive to meet targets.

  • Ability to work within reasonable commuting distance from the hub.
