About the Role: Member Support Advisor – Hatfield
Become part of our team as a passionate Member Support Advisor based at one of our David Lloyd Clubs in Hatfield.
In this role, you will:
- Handle member queries and requests efficiently via Chat, Telephone, and Email
- Resolve membership-related issues in a timely, accurate, and personalised manner
- Actively engage with members to deliver outstanding service and support
- Work collaboratively within a team focused on exceeding member expectations
Working hours: Dedicated shifts: either 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, offering a structured and consistent schedule.

Location: Fully office-based within our Hatfield membership hub.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries (essential)
- Preferable: prior experience in a call centre environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to commute easily to the hub (role is fully office-based)
