The Role

As a Menswear Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver highly personalised, consultative service, fostering lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, blending product expertise, styling insight, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Curate memorable experiences for every client—from first-time visitors to VIPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional luxury-level service through consultative selling approaches.
  • Build and sustain a strong client book via proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Develop deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear, tailoring, footwear, and accessories.
  • Provide customised styling advice based on individual lifestyles and wardrobes.
  • Drive sales performance while upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Support store events, private appointments, and exclusive shopping experiences.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising to ensure impeccable presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Assist with operational duties, including stock management and replenishment.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous experience in luxury menswear, premium fashion, tailoring, or client-focused retail.
  • A strong grasp of styling, fit, fabrics, and men’s wardrobe development.
  • Relationship-driven instincts backed by exceptional communication skills.
  • A rock-solid passion for delivering bespoke, luxury customer experiences.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth and international clientele with confidence.
  • An impeccable personal style and authentic appreciation for luxury fashion.
  • Keen to build something extraordinary as part of a new store launch.
