Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser – Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College (CCC) is looking for a skilled Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser to support and drive key operational functions, helping to shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About The Role

This role is offered on a full-time, term-time only, permanent basis (40 weeks per year). The Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser will:

  • Promote and support the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners
  • Deliver wellbeing initiatives and provide individual support
  • Create an environment that fosters positive mental health, resilience, and personal development
  • Work closely with scholars, staff, and external agencies to meet learner needs holistically
  • Help learners succeed academically and personally

You will join a friendly, professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality support at one of London’s largest Further Education providers. This team is:

About You

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated individual who:

  • Prides themselves on delivering excellent service
  • Displays strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Has a clear understanding of trauma-informed care and supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Has experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in a professional setting
  • Is ready to make a positive contribution to our inclusive and diverse college community
