Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser – Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.


About The Role

This full-time, term-time only (40 weeks per year) permanent role involves:

  • Promoting and supporting the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners
  • Delivering wellbeing initiatives and offering individualised support
  • Creating a positive, inclusive environment that nurtures resilience and personal development
  • Collaborating with learners, staff, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
  • Enabling learners to succeed both academically and personally

About You

At Capital City College, we’re searching for a reliable, motivated individual who embodies our values and is eager to make a positive contribution. Ideal applicants should possess:

✅ Strong organisational skills – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with accuracy and precision ✅ Clear and professional communication – Ensuring all interactions are supportive and constructive ✅ Understanding of trauma-informed care – Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly young people or adults ✅ Proactive mindset – Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace growth opportunities ✅ Professional experience – Prior work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in an educational or social setting ✅ Dedication to learner success – Committed to fostering a safe, engaged, and thriving learning environment
