Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Wellbeing & Mental Health Adviser to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.
About The Role
This full-time, term-time only (40 weeks per year) permanent role involves:
- Promoting and supporting the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of learners
- Delivering wellbeing initiatives and offering individualised support
- Creating a positive, inclusive environment that nurtures resilience and personal development
- Collaborating with learners, staff, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
- Enabling learners to succeed both academically and personally

About You

✅ Strong organisational skills – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently with accuracy and precision ✅ Clear and professional communication – Ensuring all interactions are supportive and constructive ✅ Understanding of trauma-informed care – Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly young people or adults ✅ Proactive mindset – Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace growth opportunities ✅ Professional experience – Prior work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults in an educational or social setting ✅ Dedication to learner success – Committed to fostering a safe, engaged, and thriving learning environment
