Requirements for Therapist Roles
We are currently seeking:
Licensed Professionals
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent Mental Health Counselor licenses.
- Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) also welcome.
Experience & Background
- 3+ years of clinical practice in mental health counselling.
- Specialisation in treating adults, couples, or teens.
- Passion for evidence-based, client-centered therapy.
Qualification & Licensing
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Full licensure (no supervision required – independent practice permitted).
- Professional liability insurance.
- US-based residency with stable internet access.

Professional Commitments
- Ability to conduct sessions from a private, professional space.
- Strong written communication skills (for patient notes, consent forms, etc.).
Who We Cannot Hire
- Interns or those requiring clinical supervision.
- Specialists in substance abuse, school counseling, career coaching, or Christian/cultural counseling (unless holding concurrent licensure as a mental health provider).
*Eligibility for bonuses: Licensed professionals in Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, or Washington D.C. qualify for a $1,000 First Client Bonus. Therapists in other states meeting deadlines earn $500.
