Experienced Mental Health Nurse – Arbury Court, Warrington
Positions Available: Staff Nurse 2 (Annual base salary £36,382) Staff Nurse 3 (Annual base salary £40,751) Staff Nurse 4 (Annual base salary £43,292, DoE)
Eligibility: You must have completed your Preceptorship to be considered for this role.

Our multidisciplinary team—comprising NHS and private-sector professionals—works closely together to improve the lives of service users with Personality Disorder (PD) and Mental Health conditions. Your role will allow you to:

What You’ll Do
As a Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you’ll ensure that adult women in Secure, Low Secure, and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) settings receive expert care. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for service users
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, fostering positive teamwork
- Accurately observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users
- Maintaining detailed and compliant records of care delivered

- A nursing qualification relevant to Mental Health
- NMC registration

About the Service:
Arbury Court provides Specialist Secure Mental Health Care for women aged 18+ with Personality Disorder (PD) and severe mental illness. It offers:
- Medium and low-secure care alongside Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU).
- A personalised recovery-based approach for women with complex needs.
- Flexible care pathways, allowing service users to move through different treatment stages as their needs improve.
- A rehabilitation-focused model, ensuring care is personalised, collaborative, and centred on the individual’s recovery journey.
