Mental Health Occupational Therapist - Caernarfonshire
Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Mental Health Location: Caernarfonshire Contract: Temporary (2 months) Start Date: ASAP
Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their mental health services on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mental health, with forensic mental health experience being highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions using both standardised and non-standardised approaches

Support patients to improve functional skills and promote independence

Supervise and support junior staff within the team

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care
REQUIREMENTS:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

Experience working within mental health services (forensic mental health experience desirable)
