Occupational Therapist – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) Location: Hertfordshire Contract: Fixed Term – 25 November to 26 November Salary: £45,000 – £49,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide cover during maternity leave. The role involves supporting clients in residential mental health services, delivering person-centred OT interventions, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT interventions

Support clients’ functional skills, independence, and wellbeing

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical records

Assist with care planning and daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy

HCPC registration
-
Previous OT experience in mental health or residential care
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
