Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist Location: Regional role – Birmingham Contract: Permanent Salary: From £49,390 per annum (dependent on experience and interview outcome)
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership across multiple service units within the Birmingham region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to influence practice standards, support service development, and lead occupational therapy provision across the region.

THE ROLE:

Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight to Occupational Therapists across multiple units

Support service development and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy

Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to therapy staff

Work collaboratively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

Significant post-qualification experience, including leadership or senior clinical responsibilities
