Location: Southampton Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (18.75 hours per week) Salary: £43,500 per annum pro rata, plus excellent benefits including a health cash plan and superb work-life balance

About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding our team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for some of the most vulnerable people in our community—those living in our supported accommodation, referred through local authorities’ homeless teams. Our mission is to empower them towards independence, confidence, and a fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain essential service standards and quality outcomes, shaping and shaping an effective support system.
- As an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, you’ll mentor and develop your team to maximise their ability to foster customer independence and drive positive outcomes.
- Lead on clinical practice development, ensuring our staff provide individualised, compassionate support to our customers.
- Enhance team knowledge, champion open and constructive feedback, and elevate skills through workshops and training.
- Serve as the principal contact for individual manager coaching and guidance.
- Create a work environment with minimal bureaucracy—no excessive paperwork here!

Requirements
You’re going to be the best at what you do, and the team thinks you should be too. We’re looking for:
- A Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker registered with your respective professional body.
- Ability to create and deliver specialist training to support colleagues and embed core competency standards.
- Experience in clinical supervision, reflective practice sessions, and edifying others.
- A philosophy that is compassionate, person-centred, and dignified—ensuring support is tailored to meet each customer’s needs at the right time for them.
The Practical Stuff
- Applicability for flexible working patterns.
- Fluent in digital communication and collaboration—emails, meetings, care notes, case management, risk management, data reporting, and quality assurance systems.
- Commitment to continuing professional development via clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check must be provided. We cover the cost if you don’t already have one.
