📊 Work Pattern: 2 days per week, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of service users’ needs, and develop personalised care plans
- Share best clinical practice, introducing evidence-based innovations
- Provide clinical expertise to design and implement holistic care strategies
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships—collaborating with internal and external partners
- Build therapeutic relationships, ensuring collaborative, effective care delivery
- Commit to continuous self-development, supported by the Clinical Lead
- Act as a mentor for support workers and new team members
- Contribute skills, knowledge, and experience to team performance and growth
- Support peers while upholding the team’s philosophy, mission, and values
- Engage in open feedback—enabling input from colleagues, service users, and carers
