Blackpool Community Mental Health Team Opportunity
Blackpool Community Mental Health Team has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the team supporting our complex emotional needs pathway delivering Structured Clinical Management.
This post provides the opportunity for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual to develop and implement safe, sound, and supportive services that embrace the provision of holistic care. With a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary working and the principles laid out in the Recovery Model, you will need to be an innovative thinker and be able to form effective relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a working knowledge of Structured Clinical Management.
- Be able to work with a complex range of emotional needs.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
