An Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Mental Health Practitioner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Mental Health Practitioner to be part of our First Response Services based within our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Congleton.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which will include:
- Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams
- Liaison Services
- Street Triage Services
- Liaison and Diversion Services
- The Crisis Line
The role of a Practitioner is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a comprehensive assessment of people presenting in crisis. You will undertake detailed assessments of people’s needs and use your clinical skills and knowledge to provide intervention and treatment.

Induction and Training
All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction / initial training requirements of the role.
