Role Description

The Mental Health Specialist/Therapist will provide remote, part-time clinical services to clients within MantraCare’s AI-supported care ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The therapist will collaborate with MantraCare’s multidisciplinary team, respond to AI-generated referrals, and maintain ethical, culturally responsive practice aligned with professional standards and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Clinical expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy, with ability to support diverse clients across varying levels of need.
  • Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to design, implement, and monitor individualized care pathways.
  • Background in Social Work or related helping professions, with experience in psychosocial assessment and resource coordination.
  • Relevant professional license or certification (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent, as applicable to region).
  • Experience providing telehealth or remote therapy, with comfort using digital tools and AI-supported platforms.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and documentation skills, with a commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and adhere to privacy, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
  • Prior experience in employer-based programs, integrated care, or digital health settings is beneficial.
