About The Role
Full-time position (40 hours): Day Shifts | Waking Nights | Weekend Working Included
This opportunity is for someone compassionate, resilient, and driven. You’ll work with individuals facing complex needs, including:
- Mental health challenges
- Learning disabilities
- Addiction-related struggles
- Barriers to independent living
Emotional support and high-pressure situations are part of the role. We need someone who can:
- Stay steady under challenging circumstances
- Build trust and respond with empathy
- Maintain professional boundaries
This is a meaningful role for someone who understands that progress takes time and champions patient, consistent, respectful support. Ideal for professionals—or those with transferrable skills—who care deeply about improving lives.
Provide hands-on support daily, such as:
- Assisting with medication, personal care, meal prep, and home safety
- Offering practical and emotional support for routines, appointments, and community access
- Guiding individuals through mental health, addiction, and independence challenges with care
