NEW SERVICE OPENING IN SEPTEMBER – Willow Rise, Droylsden (Manchester)

Assessment Centres Droylsden: 24th, 29th, and 31st July


Mental Health Support Worker (Days & Nights)

Location: Droylsden, Manchester

Pay: £13.45 per hour (£14.95 overtime)

Hours: Full-Time (38.5 hours per week)

  • 8am–8pm (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • 8pm–8am rolling rota

Eligibility Criteria To ensure consistency in care delivery, applicants must have:

  • Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from start date.
    • Note: No visa sponsorship available at this time.

Your Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Deliver person-centred care, focusing on mental health needs
  • Support residents in building independence and confidence
  • Encourage meaningful daily activities, community engagement, and practical skills
  • Provide emotional, social, and practical support
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote recovery, inclusion, and relapse prevention
  • Facilitate opportunities in education, employment, and hobbies
