Mental Health Support Worker (Days & Nights)
Location: Droylsden, Manchester
Pay: £13.45 per hour (£14.95 overtime)
Hours: Full-Time (38.5 hours per week)
- 8am–8pm (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
- 8pm–8am rolling rota
Eligibility Criteria To ensure consistency in care delivery, applicants must have:
- Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from start date.
- Note: No visa sponsorship available at this time.

Willow Rise is a new residential rehabilitation service built on resilience and healing.

Your Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll:
- Deliver person-centred care, focusing on mental health needs
- Support residents in building independence and confidence
- Encourage meaningful daily activities, community engagement, and practical skills
- Provide emotional, social, and practical support
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Promote recovery, inclusion, and relapse prevention
- Facilitate opportunities in education, employment, and hobbies
