As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll become part of a dedicated team supporting individuals with mental health needs on their recovery journey, helping them lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are ever the same.

You Will Support Residents With:

  • Developing daily living skills
  • Cooking and meal preparation
  • Managing appointments and medication
  • Budgeting and household tasks
  • Accessing education, employment, and community activities
  • Building confidence and independence
  • Emotional wellbeing and recovery support

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, positive and person-centred approach
  • Experience in care, support work, mental health services, or a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable
  • Experience supporting a family member, friend or individual with additional needs is welcomed
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
  • Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)
