We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers to join on Night Team at Lighthouse Care! 🌷
We provide specialist residential support for adults living with enduring and complex mental health needs, often alongside alcohol and substance misuse challenges. Our service is focused on promoting recovery, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for every individual we support.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with previous experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs, dual diagnosis, challenging behaviours, and risk management. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
Our ideal support worker will:
- Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
- Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
- Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours and contracts 📆⏰
Shift Patterns
- Nights = 8pm - 8am 🌙
