Mental Health Support Worker
LOCATION: Wrexham
PAY RATES: £14.50 per hour
Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available

What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred care within supported living accommodation.
- Promote independence and positive risk-taking.
- Support with daily living skills, health management, and social inclusion.
- Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful.

What We’re Looking For
- We want passionate, resilient professionals who can commit to delivering care without exception. To join our team, you’ll need:
- Experience in mental health or social care (preferred).
- Empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to encourage independence and social inclusion.
- Full driving licence desirable.
