Key Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Support Worker, your role will include:
- Emotional and behavioural support – Providing care tailored to individual needs.
- Creating a safe, stable environment – Ensuring dignity and empowerment every day.
- Daily living assistance – Helping with routines, personal goals, and independence.
- Hygiene and well-being – Promoting health and self-care.
- Communication – Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals.
- Medication management – Supporting individuals with their wellness plans.
- Budgeting and task flexibility – Adhering to daily schedules while ensuring tasks remain meaningful and varied.
