We Love To Have Fun With Our Staff, Providing Lots Of Opportunities To Get Involved With Awareness Days, Some Serious And Some Just a Bit Of Fun. For Example
- Our recent Xmas party with staff and customers, featuring arts and crafts, music, biscuit decorating, dancing, and special hot chocolates!
- We got into the Halloween spirit with pumpkin carving sessions for staff and customers.
- We took part in the Clacton Carnival, dressing up as Grease characters and creating decorations with our team and clients during arts and crafts sessions.
- We’ve created over 1,300 Dementia Friends through our engaging Dementia Friends Sessions.
- Our Director was recently pied with shaving foam by staff and customers (all in good fun!).

Responsibilities As a Mental Health Support Worker

- Going out and about in the community
- Companionship
Pay Rates
- Care Assistant: £13.90 - £17.80 p/h (£13.25 starting rate if under 2 years experience)
- Clinical Carer: £14.65 - £18.15 p/h
- Live in Carer: £975-£1,150 (depending on complexity of package)
- Awake Nights: £14.65 - £18.15 p/h
- Sleep ins: £115 per night
