Opportunity for a Motivated Young Dentist

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a motivated young dentist to join our Dentalcare practice. We are an NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a well-maintained patient list in a progressive, supportive environment with both NHS and Private earning potential.

At Dental Care, we will support you to become a fully qualified NHS dentist.

If you're registered with the GDC, we can offer you a great opportunity to join our Mentorship Scheme which will offer you:

  • A dedicated Mentor and mentoring structure
  • An experienced Practice Manager who will make sure that you get the right training and development to be successful
  • Support with your CPD / personal development throughout your career with us
  • An established patient list

We have an Immigration Team that can support you in the process of applying for your GDC registration and conditional NHS performer number. We also have a Sponsorship License and can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visa.

  • You will receive earnings through Independent dental activity, on a self-employed basis during the process of obtaining your performer number.
  • Achievable NHS UDA Amount with opportunity to increase (once Performer number obtained) 5,000-6,000 UDAs.
  • UDA Rate: Competitive UDA rate, negotiable dependent on experience.
  • 50-50 private split.

About You

  • Dental degree qualification.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), the UK governing dental body.
  • You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher.
  • You are looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term.
  • You will ideally have a minimum of 1 year+ experience working as a Dental Practitioner.
  • It is important that you are a personable, positive, and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients' interests first.
  • You will have an ability to work in a team, with a willingness to learn and teach others.
