Engineering is at the very core of what we do. Be it civil, mechanical, electrical or process, our MEP engineers are based predominantly on site and play a practical, hands-on role in the successful delivery of projects. As a site based MEP Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mechanical, electrical, and process (MEP) functions throughout the lifecycle of various projects. From supporting ideas in the early design phase of a scheme to overseeing and delivering on site commissioning, you will ensure that all MEP aspects are planned out, tested, commissioned and completed successfully.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create the commissioning strategy from the ground up, ensuring that the project’s process outputs are produced safely and in accordance with the design, client requirements, regulatory standards, and environmental restrictions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
