This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly created role where you'll help shape the future of asset surveying, governance, and lifecycle management. If you're passionate about asset data, engineering excellence, and creating robust processes from the ground up, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact.

Working in a hybrid capacity, you'll have the flexibility to work from home when not travelling, while overseeing survey activities across multiple locations throughout England.

The Role

As the Mobile MEP & Fabric Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains a complete, accurate, and compliant record of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Fabric assets across its estate.

You'll lead asset surveying programmes, manage asset data quality, and provide technical assurance across survey operations while supporting strategic decision-making through robust asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading MEP and Fabric asset survey programmes across a large property portfolio.
  • Managing and developing a team of surveyors and an asset coordinator.
  • Acting as custodian of the Asset Register, ensuring accuracy, compliance and completeness.
  • Overseeing survey delivery using approved digital survey and data capture tools.
  • Providing technical assurance on asset condition, lifecycle and classification data.
  • Driving data governance, quality assurance and reporting standards.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures, survey methodologies and best practice frameworks.
  • Supporting lifecycle planning, compliance management and future investment decisions.
  • Ensuring all survey activities comply with health, safety and industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver programme objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
