MEP Manager

MEP Manager

Henley on Thames

£95,000 + Package

The Opportunity

My client is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical and public health services throughout the construction phase.

This is a site-based role for a hands-on MEP professional who enjoys being close to the works, driving quality and holding subcontractors accountable. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing installations, quality assurance, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all MEP packages from installation through to practical completion
  • Coordinate and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site
  • Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or risks
  • Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure all installations comply with specifications and client requirements
  • Lead QA processes, inspections, and snagging activities
  • Review drawings, technical submissions, and design information
  • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with specialist contractors
  • Work closely with project management, commercial, and design teams
  • Attend client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all MEP works
  • Support project handover and close-out activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
