Novalith Advisory is partnering with a leading international construction contractor to recruit an experienced MEP Project Manager for a major data centre development in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe, offering long-term career progression and the chance to work on some of the industry's most technically challenging developments.
The Role
As MEP Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Project Director, commercial team, design consultants, and specialist subcontractors to drive the project through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all MEP works on a large-scale data centre project.
- Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
- Monitor programme, quality, safety, and project performance.
- Review drawings, technical documentation, and installation progress.
- Coordinate with the design, commercial, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support commissioning activities and ensure a smooth project handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual, statutory, and health & safety requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous data centre experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Experience managing specialist MEP subcontractors through the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification.
