MEP Operations Manager
We're looking for an MEP Operations Manager to join our Mechanical & Electrical business. This role will be a Regional position overseeing MEP operations in the Midlands, West Midlands and North West regions of the country.

About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering projects that make a real difference to local communities. You'll be managing operational resources, overseeing multiple projects during preconstruction and construction phases, and ensuring everything runs safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role will sit within our Mechanical & Electrical division who work closely with our Construction colleagues to deliver full turnkey building services across a range of sectors.

- Leading safety, health, and environmental culture across all projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and Kier's standards
- Managing MEP project delivery from award through to practical completion, maintaining quality and progress throughout
- Overseeing project finances, revenue, costs, and cashflow, taking proactive action to maximise profitability
- Leading and developing your teams, providing clear accountability, support, and opportunities for growth
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure successful project outcomes
What We Are Looking For
This role of Operations Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a degree or HND in Construction and are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a professional body
- You have your CSCS card and SMSTS certification
- You possess excellent management and communication skills with the ability to lead production teams across multiple live sites
- You have sound commercial awareness and a strong commitment to health, safety, and risk management
- You're able to manage and prioritise a demanding workload whilst maintaining high standards
- You have extensive experience in the Building Services industry.
