MEP Project Manager
MEP Project Manager – London – Healthcare Project
We are seeking an MEP Project Manager to join a major Healthcare Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, leading project delivery and helping drive project excellence from start to completion.
The Role
The MEP Project Manager will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) packages throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities while ensuring Dornan's vision, mission, and values are delivered throughout the project.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate MEP project activities from design through to commissioning and handover. Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements are achieved. Review MEP designs and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Oversee procurement activities, including subcontractor and supplier management. Monitor project progress and implement mitigation measures to address risks and delays. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Promote and maintain high Health & Safety standards across all project activities. Support commissioning, project close-out, and handover activities. Lead and develop project engineering and site management teams. Drive project best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP project delivery matters.

About You

Your Experience
Strong project management experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project controls. Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Previous experience working within the construction industry. Previous experience working in a similar role.
