MEP Project Manager for a Luxury Resort Development in the Caribbean
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site permanent expat opportunity, with relocation support to the Caribbean and housing provided by the company.
About the Role
We are recruiting for an MEP Project Manager to join a major luxury resort development in the Caribbean. This is a rare opportunity to take on a career-defining role in an exceptional island location, working for a leading hotel and resort group with a strong pipeline of projects and long-term career growth opportunities.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will relocate to the island on a permanent expat basis, with relocation support, housing, and additional expat benefits provided by the company.
The Opportunity
This role would suit an ambitious, hands-on MEP professional who is excited by the idea of combining a high-profile hospitality project with an international lifestyle opportunity. You will play a key role in ensuring that the mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements of new-build and refurbishment projects are properly reviewed, coordinated, implemented, and delivered to the highest standards.
As this is a remote island location, day-to-day life and amenities can differ from those in major cities, and schooling options are more limited. For that reason, the role is likely to be best suited to candidates who are genuinely excited by island living and open to a flexible international move.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
