MEP Project Manager

Location: Bristol / South West (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a growing team delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health projects across a range of sectors. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, site teams and commercial colleagues to ensure successful delivery.

Whether your background is Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Managing MEP projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Leading project teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Planning programmes, resources and procurement activities.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
  • Coordinating design, commercial and site teams throughout project delivery.
  • Monitoring project performance, budgets and risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Requirements

You'll have experience managing Mechanical, Electrical or MEP projects within the Building Services, Construction or Engineering sectors.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience as an MEP, Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager.
  • A strong understanding of Building Services project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing project programmes and budgets.
  • The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships.
