MEP Project Manager – Data Centre London

We’re seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee a major chiller replacement in London’s thriving data centre sector. This is your chance to be at the forefront of technical excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of a high-stakes facility upgrade.
As an integral part of the project team, you'll coordinate and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Candidates with proven data centre experience and a strong mechanical background or electrical expertise with relevant data centre knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience managing MEP projects specifically within data centre environments.
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in critical infrastructure settings.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to data centre MEP systems.
- Experience with chiller systems, HVAC upgrades, or other critical cooling solutions in data centres.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing MEP projects with a focus on data centres or similarly critical infrastructure.
