Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the commercial aspects of projects to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project finances, maintaining transparency and control.
- Collaborating closely with site teams to mitigate financial risks and uphold contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent industrial experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly MEP works.
- Proven background in commercial project delivery, with project values typically exceeding £50m.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems and their integration within the construction sector.
